Refund and Exchange Policy

At Sadia Afzal, we take pride in our meticulously handcrafted garments. Due to the custom and intricate nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available within 24 hours of delivery for unworn and unaltered items, and only if the product received is in damaged condition or a wrong item was delivered. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any exchange request at our discretion. Each item is carefully reviewed upon return, and exchanges will only be processed if all eligibility conditions are met.
